Yard Supervisor

Kilnbridge are currently recruiting for a yard supervisor to manage our Waste Management Facility in Rainham Essex. The ideal candidate will have an up to date knowledge of waste management and health and safety regulations.

Rate: £19-£20 Self employed

Hours: 7am-5:30PM (10 hours paid)

Shift patterns: Mon-Fri (Saturday work available - can be discussed)

Start: ASAP

Length of work: Ongoing

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning briefings and toolbox talks.
• Complete daily checks on the yard
• Operate a 360 machine when required
• Supervise a range of different operatives and ongoing tasks
• Monitor health and safety

Requirements

• CPCS Blue card - 360 tracked and wheeled below and above 10 tonnes
• valid SEQOHS approved safety critical Medical
• CSCS Green card
• Previous waste management experience
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Good communication skills and other interpersonal skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Driving License is preferable
• IPAF 3A+3B is preferable
