Resident Liaison Officer

ACR are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer for an industry-proven construction company based in London. The role starts as a temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff, if the right candidate presents themselves.

The project you would be joining is currently a rolling programme, focusing on the communal fire safety works across a residential scheme.

Duties include:

• Act as the main point of contact between residents and the project team (contractors, site managers, council officers, etc.).

• Inform residents about upcoming works, schedules, and potential disruptions (e.g., noise, access restrictions, temporary relocations).

• Handle resident queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and homeowners.

• Provide translation or accessibility support for residents where necessary.
