You'll work on everything from essential testing & inspection and emergency callouts to specialist lighting systems including RAKO, Lutron, and Crestron. As our client continues to expand, they re looking for skilled, motivated electricians to become a key part of their trusted team.

The Electrician Role:

Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Qualified Electrician to take ownership of projects across London and Essex. This role offers huge variety, blending planned installations, fault-finding, essential maintenance, and emergency repairs.You'll ensure every job is completed to the highest standard, requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the Qualified Electrician Include:

• Carrying out all aspects of electrical installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• Performing detailed testing and inspection work (EICRs, PAT testing, etc.).
• Quickly and effectively diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• Responding to emergency callouts when required.
• Ensuring full compliance with the current wiring regulations (BS 7671) and company procedures.
• Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and our office staff.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports for all work.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Fully Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Proven, practical experience in domestic and/or commercial environments.
• Excellent fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A Full UK Driving Licence (Manual).
• Desirable: Valid ECS / JIB Gold Card and a Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent).

• This is a full tile permanent position with a starting salary of £41,600 to £49,920 per annum.
• Overtime paid at a generous Time and a Half rate (£30 - £36 p/hour).
