Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work for one of the UK s leading property services companies to lead the delivery of a high-profile retrofit scheme, focused on upgrading existing residential properties to meet modern energy efficiency standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable construction and contribute to the UK s net-zero targets.

You ll be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that works are completed safely, to a high quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Oversee site health & safety, ensuring full compliance with regulations
• Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
• Ensure quality assurance and snag-free delivery
• Liaise with clients, residents, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing retrofit or refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures (e.g., insulation, heat pumps, solar, etc.)
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
