The Role

As a Residential Building Surveyor, working to RICS standards, you ll carry out Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems. You ll enjoy full autonomy while benefiting from:

What You ll Need

• Membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB, RPSA, or SAVA, or at least 1 year of proven experience in producing Level 2 & 3 Building Survey Reports
• A strong commitment to professional standards and client care
• A Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Starting Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
