About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Planner or Junior Planner to join their expanding project delivery team. You ll play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring programmes are accurate, realistic, and kept up to date as work progresses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project programmes using ASTA Powerproject.

  • Support the tender and pre-construction teams with planning input.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to monitor progress and performance.

  • Identify potential delays or issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

  • Attend and contribute to planning and progress meetings.

  • Support reporting and forecasting activities across multiple projects.

About You

  • Experience as a Planner or Junior Planner, ideally within the construction or building services sectors.

  • Proficient user of ASTA Powerproject

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop within a growing business.
