Your Next Job What You ll Be Doing
This expanding residential contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement, and commercial aspects of multiple high-spec residential projects.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparation and management of tenders, contracts, and procurement.
  • Valuations, progress reports, and cost control across live projects.
  • Subcontractor management, including negotiating pricing and reviewing variations.
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with forecasts.
  • Liaising with project teams to provide commercial advice and support decision-making.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Requirements & Rewards What You Give & What You Get
You ll need:
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally on high-spec residential projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of cost management principles.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, variations, and procurement efficiently.
  • Experience in progress valuations, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
