Small Works Manager (Heating Bias)

Salary: 55,000 - 62,500 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a technically skilled Contracts and Small Works Manager to oversee our flagship contracts and associated small works projects. This role requires strong leadership and a solid technical understanding of commercial heating systems.

A background in commercial gas is highly desirable-current or former Gas Safe registration is a strong advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver contract and small works projects across CBRE accounts.

• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the team, particularly on heating and boiler systems.

• Ensure financial control, cost tracking, and client reporting.

• Foster strong client relationships and drive performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Technical background in building services, ideally heating/mechanical bias.

• Experience managing FM or small works contracts.

• Commercial gas qualifications (past or present) advantageous.

• Excellent communication, planning, and commercial management skills.
