Job Description

A rapidly expanding civils and groundwork company in Stafford is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the smooth running of the contracts/estimating team by ensuring accurate administration, communication and coordination enabling key deadlines to be met.

As the Contracts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update all contract documentation, including agreements, variations, and correspondence on the internal project management system.
  • Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring correct distribution to relevant parties.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, budget changes, and approvals related to contracts.
  • Collate and manage site documentation, reports, and compliance paperwork (H&S, quality, environmental).
  • Support communication and coordination across internal teams and clients, ensuring follow-ups and actions are tracked.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and meeting documentation.

The Contracts Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with good attention to detail.
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with project management software such as Reflow would be a distinct advantage.
  • Previous experience in administration or contracts support in construction, groundworks, or civil engineering would be a distinct advantage.

You will be working Monday to Friday, from the office in Stafford.
