Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor
Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from 5m to 100m.
The initial project is a new healthcare development which includes refurbishment works to an existing building ( 10m).

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of 50,000 - 60,000
- Company car or allowance ( 5,500)

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from 5m+.
