Mechanical Site Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a prestigious residential care project in London.
The Project
A high-end development comprising a 100+-bed care home and luxury apartments, with a total M&E value of £6-7 million. The project has a 15-month programme and is now entering key stages of delivery.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, oversee QA and commissioning activities, and work closely with the M&E Project Manager.
Team Structure:

• Electrical-biased M&E Project Manager
• Mechanical Site Manager (you)
• Junior M&E Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all mechanical site activities.
• Manage subcontractors to maintain progress and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with site safety and company procedures.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the wider project team.
• Report on progress and support project delivery through to completion.

Details:

• £300 per day CIS
• Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00
• Start date: Immediate
