About the Company:
Our client is a well-established contractor working across Civils, Groundworks, and General Building projects. With a strong reputation for delivering quality work and long-term partnerships, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor - All levels considered.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor at any stage of their career from trainee through to senior. The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment where training and professional development are available.
You will be involved in:

Preparing and managing project costs and budgets.

Assisting with tenders, contracts, and procurement.

Monitoring and reporting on project progress and financial performance.

Liaising with site teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Ensuring accurate valuations and payments.
What We re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.

Background with either a Subcontractor or Main Contractor will be considered.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
