Job Description

A well-regarded regional contractor is seeking an experienced Black Hat Supervisor for a six-week demolition project, working on behalf of a principal contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing on-site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Supervising labour and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
  • Managing site administration (such as work allocation sheets etc)

Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification or CSCS Gold Card.
  • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role.
  • Previous experience in demolition projects is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
