Quantity Surveyor

A large, renowned Consultancy is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (Project Surveyor) to be based in Edinburgh.

THE COMPANY

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with offices across the country. They have a great reputation in the market and are working various exciting projects within Private sectors in the area. Sectors include Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Hotels, Leisure & Music, Student Accomodation and more, offering a range of new build, refurb and fit out projects from an existing pipeline of repeat clients. THE ROLE

They are actively looking to recruit an Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership of clients and projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic and interesting role.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Be chartered / working towards APC or have a desire to become chartered
• Have 3+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role (consultancy experience preferred)
• Experience managing across a range of Property sectors
• Have good communication and client facing skills
