Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Multi Trader with experience in social housing maintenance We re looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our responsive repairs team, delivering high-quality work across a range of trades.
About the Role:
You ll carry out a variety of maintenance tasks in occupied and void social housing properties, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic Tiling & Plastering
- Patchwork Repairs
You ll be working on a mobile basis across Mitcham and surrounding areas, ensuring tenants receive a safe, efficient, and friendly service.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic environments
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
