We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Architect to join a professional property consultancy delivering high-quality rural and residential design solutions.

Working as an Architect you will be involved from concept through to completion, preparing detailed drawings, supporting planning applications, and ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations.

As an Architect you will collaborate closely with surveying and consultancy teams, attend client meetings, and contribute innovative design ideas that balance creativity and practicality. This role offers variety and ownership across bespoke housing, barn conversions, and property development projects.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Architect include:

• Prepare and Develop architectural drawings, plans, and technical details
• Support Projects through planning and building regulation stages
• Work Collaboratively with surveying and consultancy teams
• Attend Site Visits and client meetings - a full UK driving licence is required
• Contribute To Design solutions that are both sustainable and practical
• Ensure Compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning legislation
• Manage Workflows efficiently, maintaining quality and deadlines
• Engage With Clients to interpret briefs and develop creative design proposals

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• ARB Registered with proven experience of working as an Architect within UK practice
• Strong Technical Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction methods
• Proficient In CAD Software such as AutoCAD or Revit (preferable)
• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and consultants
• Creative Problem Solver with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Team Player who can also work independently on multiple projects

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence.
