Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Wincanton, Somerset 6 Month Contract - Managing 2 sites - Care Homes/Clinic Refurbishment

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in Fitout & Refurbishment works, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver 2 projects in Somerset.

Project Manager will be expected to:

• Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

• Coordinate/ book all trades

• Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

• Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

• Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

• Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

• Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

• SMSTS & CSCS Card

• First Aid Certificate

• Previous Care Home Fitout/Refurbishment experience
