Based in Warwick, our client is a rapidly growing, close-knit team working on some of the UK's most treasured landmarks - from royal estates and national museums to historic charities and cultural icons.

What You'll Be Doing as the Successful Building Surveyor:

• Carry out detailed building surveys, inspections, and condition reports on unique, listed, and character-rich properties.

• Take projects from concept to completion - preparing specifications, tender documents, and overseeing works on site.

• Lead meetings, manage stakeholders, and ensure every project runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

• Administer contracts (JCT and other forms), valuations, variations, and final accounts.

• Champion compliance, safety, and conservation excellence in every aspect of your work.

What They're Looking For:

• A degree in Building Surveying (or related field).

• Strong technical expertise and professional surveying experience - ideally with exposure to heritage or conservation projects.

• A proactive, curious, and self-driven professional who takes pride in quality and detail.

• A clear communicator who builds trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Organised, collaborative, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
