Finishing Foreman

I am looking for an experienced finishing foreman to help drive a project to finish over the next 3 months.

• Experience of managing, instructing and quality control of work with multiple trades;
• Experience of listed buildings these are mid 19th Century Stables that were badly damaged by fire they are being converted into offices, stores and workshops for the estate team here;
• Understanding multiple trades, i.e. building, decorating, plumbing, electrics, security and ICT installations;
• Good record keeping skills;
