Within our Facilities Management division, the South West Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites.

As part of our continued growth, our South West Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Electrician to use their working knowledge of electrical systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA's predominantly focusing on electrical installations as part of a wider hard services FM team.

Further responsibilities of the role include:

• Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per PPM regime
• Update CAFM system in a timely manner, ensuring statutory compliance is met and KPIs are achieved
• Electrical testing and faultfinding
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls - carrying out first time fix where possible
• Scoping quotes for repairs where first time fix isn't possible

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate all of the following:

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
• Testing & Inspection (2391)
• 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• A strong commercial and industrial back ground
• Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• JIB Gold Card
• IPAF
• PASMA
• EV Charger install experience
• CompEx 0104
