Senior Design Manager

We have a role for a Senior Design Manager with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor on a luxury care home with a build value of £35m. A site-based role on the scheme in Highgate, the project is a further award from a niche developer which has become repeat client and promises a pipeline of similar high end retirement facilities in prestigious locations throughout the capital.

The Opportunity

• Cradle to grave responsibility for the coordination of all internal and external professional consultants (structural engineers and architects) on prestigious, high profile central London developments.
• A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £30m to £100 value range.

Candidate Essentials

• B Eng or B Arch qualified.
• 5+ years' experience with a main contractor or self-build developer.
• Good communication skills and a preference toward project-based activities.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 6th October, salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k + package.
