Quantity Surveyor

• Role: Quantity Surveyor (Internals)
• Location: Glasgow (with hybrid working available)
• Package: 45k to 50k + car allowance, healthcare, 5% pension, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

The Role

• Taking commercial responsibility for contract performance on allocated works
• Maximising turnover and profitability of projects
• Working closely with project teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and value for money
• Managing fast-track schemes with a high degree of change through the contract period

The Candidate

• Established Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years' experience
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Background in main contracting, ideally with blue-chip contractor experience
• Hands-on project delivery knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical approach, and excellent time management
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, architects, and colleagues
• Full UK driving licence
