Your role

You'll be working across the soft services division managing both grounds maintenance & cleaning contracts in the residential sector.

You'll be a leading a team of soft service professionals - Primarily Grounds Maintenance with a small Cleaning team. Your role will be to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and profitable contracts whilst managing key stakeholder relationships.

This role is covering contracts between Northampton to Luton.

About you

  • An experienced Contracts Manager within Soft Services - Grounds Maintenance management experience is required
  • Previous experience of managing residential contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • An appetite for growth and development both personally and for your organisation

Having experience of working across both cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts would be highly advantageous.
