Key aspects of the role:

Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily fire protection, to produce seamless results for local authorities.

• Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
• Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
• Using your knowledge of fire protection within care homes, schools, libraries and social housing.

What you'll need:

• Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily fire, planned works, maintenance and repairs
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at work
• UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Ideally a FIRAS accreditation
