Document Controller

A well established and award-winning Fit Out construction company, are now looking for a confident and organised Document Controller.

The Document Controller will work on multiple projects within the High End Residential world, and Commercial office fit out.

The successful Document Controller needs to understand the software system Procore.

The Document Controller's Role

The Document Controller will jump onto Residential and Workspace fit out projects, ranging in value between 1M - 5M.

These schemes have a high-quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

You will sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, architects and other colleagues.

A technical understanding would be beneficial.

The successful Document Controller will join an award-winning team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

The Document Controller

• Clear evidence performing this role for 18 months minimum
• Procore system knowledge
• Would be beneficial to have worked for a construction company (not essential)
• Has a keen eye for detail and quality
• Team player and collaborator
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
