Location - Heathrow
Hours - Monday - Friday, 40hr Week
Salary - £80,000
Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of complex and construction projects based at Heathrow airport. Due to the nature and complexity of this project the ideal candidate will need to be an experienced Senior Project Manager that has a background in building strong relationships with tier 1 contractors.
Senior Project Manager Role
- Working closely with the Directors you will be leading and overseeing a range of projects at Heathrow Airport.
- Being the liaison between stakeholders and contractors, coming up with solutions to complex problems.
- Look to supervise and grow a team.
- Support future tenders and build relationships with tier 1 contractors so help continue to grow and expand the business.
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- Must have over 10+ years experience as a Project Manager.
- Must have experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
- Experience working within an major airport is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in working with complex construction projects is essential.
- The ideal candidate must have a natural ability to be able to go with the flow and be very adaptable due to changing project demands.
- Knowledge of passive fire protection will be advantageous.
