Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for an MEP Contractor's FM Division to be based in and around Canary Wharf and Poplar. (Must have residential experience).

Description of Works:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment ie plumbing and heating
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to heating-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

On offer is 38K- 40K or negotiable Day Rate.
