We re looking for a skilled
Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a busy and growing maintenance team. You ll be working across
occupied domestic properties, installing and maintaining heating systems, boilers, and associated plumbing, ensuring every job is safe, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.
Duties will include: - Install, replace, and maintain domestic boilers and full heating systems (radiators, pipework, and controls)
- Carry out boiler swaps, servicing, and repairs
- Work in occupied properties safely and professionally
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Record work accurately, including certification and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service on-site, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Assist with continuous improvement and support junior engineers where required
Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified in Plumbing (ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT Gas qualifications
- Experience installing boilers and complete heating systems in domestic properties
- Strong knowledge of radiators, pipework, and general heating systems
- Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) is advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
Experience Required: - Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing domestic boilers and heating systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with certification, documentation, and compliance procedures
