Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Additional Benefits
Reporting to: Senior Management Team

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key construction projects primarily within the water infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on regulated infrastructure environments.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within the water or utilities sectors.
Strong understanding of construction methods, contract management, and relevant regulations.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
