  • Leading projects from initiation to completion
  • Developing and delivering project programmes, cost plans, and performance tracking
  • Managing risk registers and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
  • Supporting design and delivery teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
  • Managing contractor relationships and overseeing NEC contracts
  • Building strong client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders
The Person
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural, Building Surveying, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Chartered membership preferred (RICS, CIOB, MAPM) or working towards chartership
  • Proven experience managing projects in multidisciplinary construction or public sector environments
