The Role - Leading projects from initiation to completion
- Developing and delivering project programmes, cost plans, and performance tracking
- Managing risk registers and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- Supporting design and delivery teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Managing contractor relationships and overseeing NEC contracts
- Building strong client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders
The Person - Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural, Building Surveying, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Chartered membership preferred (RICS, CIOB, MAPM) or working towards chartership
- Proven experience managing projects in multidisciplinary construction or public sector environments
