Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&E Focus (NEC Contracts)

Location: King's Cross, London (primarily site-based with some flexibility)
Salary: 75,000- 85,000 + employee bonus (based on company performance)
Hours: Flexible (typically 8am-4pm)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a team delivering high-profile projects in King's Cross - including the Oriel Hospital and Google fit-out (project values between 3M- 5M). What You'll Be Doing

• Managing NEC contracts across major MEP-heavy projects

• Providing commercial support with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and BMS packages

• Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure project delivery and contract compliance

• Acting as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships

• Contributing to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a commercial QS managing NEC contracts

• Strong M&E background, with a good understanding of on-site equipment (e.g., AHUs)

• Knowledge of BMS systems (desirable but not essential)

• Confident working on-site and closely with project delivery teams

• Professional, client-facing approach with a strong cultural fit
