Salary: 31,700k + Van + Benefits

The Role

We're seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on homes and properties. You'll work across a range of trade disciplines, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service, often completing jobs in a single visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks.
• Complete appointments on time, aiming for first-time resolution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely.
• Minimise disruption to residents and ensure cleanliness.
• Participate in the out-of-hours repair rota.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 Building Maintenance or equivalent
• Valid CSCS card & NVQ/City & Guilds in key trades (Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, etc.)
• Driving licence
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and relevant experience in construction/maintenance
