Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter Social Housing
Location: Lancashire (Preston, Blackburn, Accrington, Clitheroe, Blackpool, Morecambe)
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Type: Temporary Ongoing Work

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter to install wet room trays and bathroom suites across a range of social housing properties in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing wet room trays and full bathroom suites in occupied properties
• Completing all work to a high standard, in line with health and safety requirements
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
• Own vehicle and tools
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within the Social Housing sector
• Proven competence in fitting wet room suites
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism
