Core Responsibilities: Line management of a small fencing team Manage multiple fencing projects simultaneously, from site survey through to handover, including site visits throughout the UK and Ireland Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors Plan schedules, budgets and resource requirements and manage costs throughout Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations and fencing / security standards Coordinate site teams and subcontractors and manage quality through to snagging Coach and support the wider fencing team What you'll need: A proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial fencing Experience with 358 mesh fencing projects Full, clean driving licence SMSTS and CSCS Card (black) Willingness to undergo a DBS check Flexibility for nationwide travel, including frequent overnight stays The Package Commercial vehicle Overnight allowance Life assurance Healthcare cash plan Pension Profit share scheme Buy & sell holiday scheme Genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development Bowdon Associates is a member of the Guild of Quality Employment Agencies and has agreed to adopt the compliance and recruitment standards that form the basis their code of conduct.
