Job Description

Job Title: Site Administrator Location: Chipping Warden, Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £16.25 per hour (Umbrella PAYE) Start Date: Monday 25th August

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Site Administrator to join a major construction project. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced site environment and support the delivery of a high-profile build.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and scheduling site meetings
  • Ordering and tracking materials
  • Coordinating site inductions and maintaining records
  • Managing site documentation and filing systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the site team
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and site personnel

Requirements:
  • Basic administrative experience essential
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Must be able to drive due to the location of the site office
  • Construction experience is a bonus but not essential
