Wiring and terminating electrical equipment, lighting, power, and control systems. Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults when required. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Working collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades. Maintaining a professional manner when working within occupied buildings and high-end client environments. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements Essential Valid JIB Gold Card . City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent recognised qualification). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) . Proven experience working on commercial and/or industrial projects. Strong understanding of current electrical standards and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Right to work in the UK. Desirable Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent). IPAF and/or PASMA certification. Kitchen Fitter - North Cornwall Experienced Kitchen Fitter required on social housing maintenance works in Cornwall. Your patch will be Bodmin up to Bude. Great opportunity with a busy and highly regarded maintenance contractor. This is initially a temp/ self employed role which could lead to a job on the books for the right person if desired.
