Building Services Manager Location: Catterick Garrison Contract: 12 months Employment: PAYE only We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a major construction project at Catterick Garrison on an initial 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to take a lead role in the delivery of building services across a complex project, with responsibility spanning pre-construction, design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. The Role As Building Services Manager, you will take ownership of the building-services delivery strategy and work closely with project, design, commercial and supply-chain teams to ensure MEP works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality, programme and compliance standards. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing tender and project information to identify MEP risks, opportunities, capability and resource requirements. About You We are looking for an experienced Building Services Manager with a proven track record of delivering medium-sized or moderately complex projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will ideally have: Strong experience in building services / MEP project delivery. A background managing both mechanical and electrical building-services packages. Experience working through the full project lifecycle. Strong understanding of design management, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply-chain partners. Good knowledge of construction health & safety, CDM and duty-holder responsibilities.
