You will responsible for closing out a spa fit out, including final finishing works and remaining procurement order. I'm currently working a key client of mine, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, to oversee a 400k spa fit out on a project based in South London. You will responsible for closing out a spa fit out, including final finishing works and remaining procurement order. You will be taking the project through to completion, managing the final trades on site, and handle the last procurement orders to bring it to a clean close. The ideal candidate must have experience in fast track fit out and must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid cert. This is a 3 month role starting asap.
