Working Foreman (Carpentry Background) Residential Refurbishment
Location: Belsize Park (NW3)
Hours: 8am 5pm (Paid 8 hours)
Rate: £220-£240 per day
Start: ASAP Ongoing Work

We re looking for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a full residential refurbishment project in Belsize Park (NW3). This is an ongoing position offering steady work for the right candidate, temp to perm opportunity available.

• Work alongside the team while overseeing daily site activities

• Manage and coordinate labourers and trades on site

• Liaise with directors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation

• Contribute carpentry skills as needed throughout the project

• Proven experience as a working foreman with a carpentry background

• Competent across most aspects of residential refurb

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage time, people, and priorities on site

• Relevant tickets/certifications are a bonus
