Salary: 35,000 (flexible up to 40,000 depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a Graduate, Assistant, or Junior Civil Engineer ready for a major project?

Skanska is hiring a Site Engineer to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 Improvement Scheme, a 147 million project designed to improve connectivity and safety in the East of England.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure works within a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.

• Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and client reps to ensure smooth site delivery

• Reviewing Temporary Works Design Briefs and designs

• Raising and resolving engineering queries

• Supporting the Section Engineer to manage on-site clashes

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)

• Great communication skills

• Some understanding of engineering principles, temporary works, and construction methods

• Exposure to construction contracts is a bonus
