Finishing Foreman - Luxury Residential Development

Southampton

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a respected residential developer who is searching for a Finishing Foreman to join the team.

The company has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail. They are looking for a skilled Finishing Foreman to join their team and help oversee the final stages of their prestigious projects near Southampton.

The Role:

As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing trades to ensure high-quality standards are met across luxury residential projects. You will play a crucial role in managing teams, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the developer's exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all finishing trades on-site, including painting, joinery, tiling, and other fit-out works.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard, reflecting the quality expected in luxury developments.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Work closely with the site manager and project teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager ideally within the luxury residential or high-end refurbishment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications.
