Senior Estimator An established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to support the continued growth of their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator with a strong main contracting background and detailed knowledge of the full tender process. The successful Senior Estimator will price a varied range of refurbishment, restoration and construction projects, working across multiple trades and taking responsibility for tenders from initial enquiry through to handover. Due to increased workload, we are currently recruiting for a Small Works Estimator to join our small works projects team, over-seeing surveying, pricing / estimating for small works (circa 1,000 - 100,000 values) within a wide range of commercial environments. As the Small Works Estimator, you will be working within a well established team, based in Redhill, Surrey. Your week will be split between office based and visiting client sites. Office based work will include pricing works from circa 1,000 - 10,000 valuations and submitting quotes in a timely manor within contract SLA & KPIs, alongside all administration support from site visits. The remainder of the week will be visiting client sites and taking project works from initial enquiry, full site survey and providing full quotes for works between 10,000 - 100,000 valuation.
