Senior Site Manager Residential Daventry

We're working with a busy and growing housebuilder who have recently launched a new division and are looking to bring in a Senior Site Manager to lead a housing development in Daventry.

The scheme consists of 114 units a mix of timber-frame housing and traditionally built apartments offering the right candidate a varied and rewarding project to run from start to finish.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day site operations, driving programme, quality, and H&S compliance

• Manage both direct labour and subcontractors across housing and apartment phases

• Work closely with the divisional management team to set the standard for delivery in this new region

• Provide mentorship and structure to the wider site team

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager delivering volume housing schemes

• Strong experience in timber frame housing (essential) and exposure to traditional build apartments (desirable)

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Commitment to quality, customer care, and safe site management
