Job Opportunity: Stock Condition Surveyor
Conrad Consulting are currently working in partnership with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy, looking to add a contract Stock Condition Surveyor to their team in North Yorkshire.
Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
• Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties
• Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
Ideal Candidates:
• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
