• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, method statements, and safe systems of work.
• Ensure subcontractor teams are fully trained and competent.
• Work with commercial teams to monitor and improve the financial performance of projects.
• Keep accurate records, including site diaries, resource allocations, and as-built information.
• Support the development of construction programmes, phasing plans, and methodology.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Civil Engineering / Highways or related qualification NRSWA Supervisor, SSSTS, SMSTS and/or CSCS desirable.

• Experience in programming works and using relevant software.
• Sound understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance.
• Flexible to work occasional night shifts when required.

Salary & Package:
• PAYE salary circa £50,000 per annum or equivalent CIS day rate.
• Company vehicle (truck) and fuel card provided for business use.
