We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end office fit out project in the heart of Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, premium commercial interior scheme with a dynamic and experienced project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure project is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, site cleanliness, and quality assurance
• Conduct and document regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives

Required Certifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Fire Marshal

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects
• Ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and drive a quality finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and organised individual who thrives under pressure
