• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects
• Procure materials and services in line with project specifications and constraints
• Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring financial targets are met
• Conduct tender analysis and evaluate contractor valuations
• Negotiate changes and variations to contracts
• Assist in valuation and certification of payments to contractors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project delivery within budget and timeframes

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Civil Engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contractual procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents and drawings
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
