Job Description
A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance MEP Manager to manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services on a key residential or commercial project.
Role Overview
Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities from design through installation, commissioning, and handover
Oversee subcontractors to ensure works meet programme, quality, and budget requirements
Ensure full health & safety compliance for all MEP works
Collaborate closely with project teams, design consultants, and client stakeholders
Lead commissioning and snagging processes
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an MEP Manager within main contracting, ideally on residential or commercial developments
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building services
Skilled at managing multiple subcontractors and complex site interfaces
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Immediate availability preferred
