The successful individual will take full ownership of the scheme from pre-construction through to completion, leading the project team, managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of a highly complex healthcare facility. The role will suit an established Project Director or Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering major construction projects and previous healthcare experience. Essential Requirements To be considered, you must have: Current or recent experience working for a Tier 1 principal contractor. Proven experience delivering major commercial construction projects valued at 100m+. Extensive experience managing external envelope packages, including cladding, fa ades, rainscreen systems and curtain walling. A strong understanding of fa ade installation, sequencing, quality assurance and technical compliance. Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, health & safety legislation and quality assurance. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
