Air Source Heat Pump Installers WANTED!

Basic Salary: £45,000
Engineers typically earn over £50,000+ with overtime and bonuses

Key Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent

• Level 3 Award in the Installation & Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC or LCL)

• G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Certification

• Water Regulations Certificate

• Full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain Air Source Heat Pumps, hot water systems, and heating systems

• Fault diagnosis and reactive maintenance of heating and plumbing systems

• Supervise and support other team members on-site

• Ensure compliance with Gas Safe, PAS 2030, and MCS standards

• Deliver a high level of customer service, with clear communication and professional presentation

• Complete job reports accurately using PDA/handheld systems

• Participate in out-of-hours work and emergency call-out rota

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience in social housing or local authority contracts

• Excellent knowledge of central heating systems and heat pump technology

• Experience with unvented hot water systems, BMS controls, and varied pipework systems

• Understanding of health & safety standards and safe working practices

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
